Terms and Conditions

By ordering wine from this email list you agree to the below terms for payment and shipping. please note that shipping conditions are subject to change at any time due to local and state regulations.

Payment

In order to bill you we will need a valid shipping address in one of the States we can ship to and a valid credit. Currently we accept Visa, Mastercard and Discover. You credit card will be kept encrypted and offline if you choose to keep it on file, or we can bill you for each order. We don’t need this information until you make an order at which time we will contact you and get your billing information.

We will bill you shipping costs when the wine is shipped from the warehouse. This cost will reflect the price of shipping and packing materials, and nothing more. We are not in the business of making money from shipping.

Shipping

You must be 21 years of age to order wine from us. A valid ID is required for wine to be received from us. We will not respond to any special shipping requests such as “leave the box at the backdoor.” For this reason if are able to receive wine at a workplace where there is someone with an ID on hand during the day we would encourage you to do that. We will not ship to PO boxes.

We cannot ship wines to restaurants, wine retailers, or other places of businesses with alcohol licenses from this mailing list.

We cannot currently ship to the following states. This list is subject to change at any time due to the vagaries of interstate wine shipping laws. If this happens we will do our best to notify anyone affected as soon as possible and work out possible alternative shipping arrangements or refunds.

If you live in a state listed here please provide us with a shipping address in a state we can ship to.
All wine is shipped from our temperature controlled warehouse. We ship in the spring and the fall to minimize the effects of weather on the wines during transit. If you would like to ship outside of these seasons (which we don’t recommend) please contact us by email. Bottles shipped during these times cannot be guaranteed, so please be warned. selection Masaale prefers to ship in full case quantities to minimize the shipping costs for the consumer. We will hold your bottles until you have filled a case in our warehouse unless you contact us to ship earlier.

Please be aware of all applicable shipping laws in your state regarding receiving wine. It is the sole responsibility of the person receiving the wine to comply with local regulations regarding shipping. Title on all wine passes to the buyer at the time of purchase in the state of California. We make no claims as to your legal right to receive wine in your state. If you require that your wine be shipped, you authorize Selection Massale LLC. to engage a common carrier to deliver the wine on your behalf.

You can cancel any order up to one month after you have been billed but we will charge a 25% cancellation and restocking fee for any order that has been billed to you. You may cancel an order anytime before you have been billed without penalty.

If you believe the wine to be flawed please email or call us us as soon as possible and we will work to right the problem. We cannot guarantee any bottle over 10 years old. We cannot legally accept returns of any bottles, opened or unopened, so please do not try to send them to before contacting us.

Privacy

Any information given to Selection Massale is kept secure in an encrypted environment and stored offline. We do not share your information with any other entity except to process shipment of your wine. If you wish to remove your information please contact us and we will do so immediately.
